Manchester City’s goals were scored by Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva, Gabriel Jesus, and Yaya Toure.
Gabriel Jesus’ goal was the 19 year old’s first English Premier League goal since his arrival from Palmeiras this January transfer window.
With their win, Manchester City remain in fifth place but are now a point behind second-placed sides Arsenal and Tottenham while West Ham continue with their topsy-turvy season in 11th place.
