According to reports, Aston Villa will not only sign James Bree but also Conor Hourihane from Barnsley.

The 25 year old Republic of Ireland international midfielder will reportedly cost the Villans over £3 million.

As reported by 98 FM:

“Conor Hourihane is set to make a move from Barnsley to Aston Villa this week.

The Irish midfielder has impressed in the Championship this season, and with his contract due to expire in the summer, it’s thought Barnsley are happy to cash in on him while they still can.

Steve Bruce is expected to fend off interest from Sheffield Wednesday for the Cork man, who would cost Villa around €3.5 million.”
