Manchester City’s goals were scored by Raheem Sterling, John Stones, Leroy Sane and a brace from Sergio Aguero, while AS Monaco’s goals were scored by Kylian Mbappe and a brace from Radamel Falcao.
The teams will meet up in the second leg of their encounter on the 15th of March.
