According to reports, Atalanta have rejected a bid from Chelsea for Franck Kessie.
Chelsea reportedly offered a deal worth £21 million plus £6 million in add-ons for the 20 year old starlet.
As reported by the Metro:
“Chelsea’s £27 million bid for Franck Kessie has been rejected by Atalanta, according to reports.
The Daily Star claims that the Premier League leaders have offered £21m, plus another £6m in add-ons for the 20-year-old.
Antonio Conte is keen to land the Ivory Coast international before the January transfer window shuts and are confident that a deal can still be agreed.
Chelsea are also willing to allow Kessie to stay at Atalanta on loan for the remainder of the campaign and join up with Conte’s squad in the summer.”
