The dream of promotion is
over for Fleetwood Town,
But they should hold their
heads up high - and not
wear a frown.
They played well all season,
and almost won promotion,
They played with True Grit,
showing such devotion.
Now they can take a holiday
and recharge their batteries,
Looking forward to the new
season, but not working in
any factories!
Apparently, they couldn’t
find their magic form, that
they showed all season,
But, not to worry - they’ll
be back - causing a mass
sensation!
But, fear not, they will be
back - and they won’t be
wearing a frown.
Let’s hear a clap and a cheer,
for the brilliant Fleetwood
Town!!!!
